Shipping Policy

  • Business days are Monday to Friday and generally exclude holidays and weekends. 
  • For orders placed after 12 p.m., delivery time will be calculated at 8 a.m. the following morning. (So get those orders in early! 🕙 )
  • Our order handling time is between 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Our free standard delivery will take 3-5 business days anywhere in South Africa. Customers will receive regular updates on orders until they are received.

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
